  • Passport

    • Valid for 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from Vietnam

    • No alterations or handwritten amendments allowed on the data pages


    Photograph

    • Two recent colored passport-sized photographs (35mm wide by 45mm high without borders) taken within the last 3 months

    • Applicant's full face must be clearly visible, without headgear, against a plain white background


    Flight Ticket

    • Provide confirmed round-trip flight tickets to Vietnam

    • We recommend booking refundable tickets in case your visa application is rejected

    • All Indian passport holders are required to obtain a valid visa to enter Vietnam.


    • Each applicant must provide all the mandatory documents as outlined in the requirement tabs above.


    • In addition to the listed documents, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may request additional documents to process your visa. Your cooperation in submitting any such additional documents is crucial for a positive outcome.


    • The fee may vary depending on the exchange rate fluctuations of the Vietnamese Dong.


    • The visa fee is nonrefundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.

    • Visa applications for passport holders with a single name cannot be processed. Additional charges may apply based on actuals.

      A Vietnam E-visa typically takes around 6-7 business days to process. It is recommended to apply at least a week before your intended arrival date.


    • Which checkpoint should I go through if I have a Vietnam visa from India?
      Indian travelers with an E-visa can enter and exit through any of the 42 international checkpoints. Be sure to carry your printed E-visa and passport with you.


    • Can Indians get a Vietnam visa on arrival?
