Passport
Passport with more than 6 months of validity, along with any previous passports.
Photograph

NOC (No Objection Certificate)
If employed, the organization must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Cover Letter
Original cover letter with the applicant's signature.
Bank Statement
Last 6 months' bank statement with a minimum maintained balance of Rs. 1,00,000 or more, signed and attested by a bank official.
Flight Ticket
Confirmed round-trip flight tickets to South Korea.

Accommodation
Confirmed hotel voucher.

GST Copy
If self-employed, provide a copy of your GST registration.
Invitation
If on invitation, provide the invitee's ID proof, a copy of their residence card, and the invitation form in Korean.
Other Documents
Personal mobile number, email ID, emergency contact number with name and relationship, details of your highest qualification, school/college name, and city.
NOC from school/college mentioning the purpose of travel and duration of leave, along with ID proof.
NOC from parents if traveling alone, along with a copy of parents' passport.
Copy of Aadhaar Card
A copy of the Aadhaar Card.
Salary Slips
Last 1 year's salary slips if employed.
ITR (Income Tax Return)
Income tax return acknowledgement copies for the past 2 years.

Can I submit documents or collect a passport on behalf of another person?
Yes, applicants can authorize a representative to submit the application on their behalf. An English authorization letter signed by the applicant, along with the representative’s ID copy, is required during the submission.
If the English spelling of my last name has changed in my new passport, can I still use the visa in my old passport?
Yes, the visa obtained on your old passport remains valid even if the English spelling of your name has changed. However, you must carry both your old and new passports to prove that the two names belong to the same person.
Can I get an urgent visa?
Yes, you can opt for the Express processing option by paying an additional fee, in addition to the applicable visa fee.
How long before should I apply for my Visa?
You can apply for a South Korea visa up to 2 months before your travel, but no later than 20 to 25 days prior to your intended departure.
What are the different visa options for South Korea?
South Korea offers a 90-day single-entry visa for both Tourist and Business purposes.
Which type of visa is the easiest to get?
The type of visa you apply for should align with the purpose of your travel. There is no visa that is easier to obtain than others. Ensure that your application matches the purpose of your visit, as applying for the wrong visa category may result in rejection.
Who should sign the application form for a minor?
A parent or legal guardian must sign the application form for a child under 18 years of age.
