Public Holidays

Visa processing timelines may vary as per public holidays observed in both India and your intended destination country.

  • Passport

    • Must have at least two blank visa pages.

    • Valid for at least six months beyond the last intended departure date from Lebanon.


    Photograph

    • Three recent colored passport-size photos (35 mm x 45 mm, without a border).

    • Taken within the last three months against a plain white background.

    • Matte or semi-matte finish required.


    Accommodation

    Applicants must provide one of the following:

    • A confirmed hotel voucher.

    • If staying with friends or relatives:
      Invitation letter from the host.
      Copy of the invitee’s ID proof, passport, or residence card.
      Their financial documents (scanned and emailed copies are acceptable).


    Flight Ticket

    • Confirmed round-trip flight reservation (India to Lebanon and return).


    Itinerary

    • A detailed day-wise travel itinerary printed on A4-size paper.

    • If booked through a travel agent, the itinerary must be on the agent’s official letterhead.


    Bank Statement

    • Last six months’ bank statement, signed and attested by a bank official.

    • If the applicant is employed, provide a personal bank statement.

    • If self-employed, the sponsor’s bank statement must be submitted.

    • Statements must be dated within the last week.


    Cover Letter

    • Employed applicants: Submit a cover letter on plain A4-size paper.

    • Self-employed applicants: Submit a cover letter on official business letterhead.


    Employment Letter

    • Official company letterhead, stamped and dated.

    • Must include:
      Company’s contact details (address, email, phone number).
      Name, position, and signature of the issuing officer.
      Applicant’s job position, salary, employment duration, and leave approval.


    No Objection Certificate (NOC)

    • Students or minors: Provide an NOC from their school/institute, along with a copy of the student ID card.


    GST Copy

    • Self-employed applicants must provide a copy of their GST registration.

    • The embassy or our visa experts may request additional documents beyond those listed. Providing these promptly is crucial for a successful application.


    • Each applicant must submit all mandatory documents as specified in the requirement section.


    • If all required documents are not ready during the agent’s visit, an additional fee will be charged for a revisit.


    • The visa fee is non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.

  • Can Indians Get a Visa on Arrival in Lebanon?

    No, Indian travelers cannot obtain a visa on arrival for Lebanon. A paper or embassy visa is required, which must be obtained from a local Lebanese embassy, consulate, or visa center before traveling.
