• Original passport issued within the last 10 years

• Valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended departure from Ireland

• Must have at least 2 blank visa pages

• No alterations or handwritten amendments on data pages

Photograph

• Three recent color passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm) taken within the last 3 months

• Facial image should be 25mm - 35mm from chin to crown

• Taken against a plain white background with a matte or semi-matte finish

Accommodation

Applicant must provide one of the following:

• Confirmed hotel booking or voucher

• Invitation letter if staying with friends/relatives, along with:
  Invitee’s ID proof (passport/residence card copy)
  Financial documents of the invitee (scanned color copies via email accepted)

Flight Ticket

• Confirmed round-trip flight reservation (India to Ireland and return)

Itinerary

• A day-wise travel plan on plain A4 paper

• If booked through a travel agent, the itinerary must be on their official letterhead

Travel Insurance

• Mandatory with minimum coverage of €30,000 or $50,000 per person

Proof of Sufficient Funds

• Last 6 months' bank statement, signed and attested by a bank official

• If the applicant is unemployed, provide the sponsor's bank statement

• Statements must be dated within the last week

Income Tax Return (ITR)

• Last 3 years' ITR assessment

• If unemployed, provide the sponsor's ITR

Cover Letter

• Employed applicants: Cover letter on A4-size paper

• Self-employed applicants: Cover letter on business letterhead

Employment Letter

• Official company letterhead, stamped and dated, containing:
  Company contact details (address, email, phone number)
  Name, position, and signature of the countersigning officer
  Applicant’s job title, salary, years of employment, and approval of leave

No Objection Certificate (NOC) (For Students/Minors)

• NOC from school/institute

• Copy of student ID card

GST Certificate (For Self-Employed Applicants)

• Self-employed applicants must provide a copy of their GST registration
