Passport
A valid passport with at least six months of validity from the date of entry into China.
Must contain at least two blank visa pages.
No alterations or handwritten amendments in the data pages.
Old passport (if applicable).
Photograph
Two recent colored passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm, borderless).
Must be taken within the last three months.
Applicant’s full face should be clearly visible, without headgear, against a plain white background.
Accommodation
A confirmed hotel voucher is required.
It is recommended to book a refundable hotel reservation in case the visa is rejected.
If staying with a relative/friend, their local address in China, along with their ID proof and an invitation letter, is required.
Cover Letter
A covering letter from the applicant on A4-sized paper (if employed).
If self-employed, the cover letter should be on business letterhead.
Invitation (For Business Visa)
A business cover letter from the inviter in China, including their name, title, official stamp, and signature.
A copy of the inviter company's registration certificate (in Chinese).
ID proof of the inviter.
COVID Certificate
A copy of the COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
ID Proof
Employee ID and a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the applicant’s employer.
The NOC must mention either the current physical work address in India or remote work details.
GST Copy
Mandatory for self-employed applicants.
If sponsored by a company, a GST copy of the sponsor is required.
All Indian passport holders must obtain a valid visa to enter China.
