Public Holidays

Visa processing timelines may vary as per public holidays observed in both India and your intended destination country.

  • Passport

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

    • Must have at least 2 blank visa pages.


    Photograph (Only for child applicants)

    • Two recent colored passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, no border).

    • Must be taken within the last 3 months.

    • Full face must be clearly visible without any headgear.


    Proof of Sufficient Funds

    • Employed applicants: Last 6 months' bank statement (dated within the last 1 week).

    • Self-employed applicants: Personal and company’s last 6 months' bank statement.

    • Sponsored trips: Bank statement of the sponsor.


    Income Tax Returns (ITR)

    • Employed applicants: Last 3 years' ITR assessment.

    • Self-employed applicants: Company’s last 3 years' ITR.

    • Sponsored trips: Sponsor’s last 3 years' ITR.


    Cover Letter

    • Employed applicants: Cover letter on A4-size paper.

    • Self-employed applicants: Cover letter on business letterhead.


    No Objection Certificate (NOC)

    • Employed applicants: NOC from employer with a copy of ID card/Business card.

    • Students/Minors: NOC from school/institute along with a copy of school ID card.


    GST Copy (For self-employed applicants only)

    • A copy of GST registration must be provided.


    Invitation Letter (If applicable)

    • If invited from Canada, an invitation letter stating the purpose of the visit.

    • If the host is sponsoring, their financial documents must be submitted.


    Marriage Certificate (For married couples)

    • A marriage certificate is required.

  • Important Visa Information for Indian Passport Holders

    • A valid visa is required for all Indian passport holders to enter Canada.


    • Each applicant must provide all mandatory documents as listed in the requirements section.


    • Additional documents may be requested by our visa experts or the embassy for processing. Providing these promptly is essential for a successful application.


    • If all required documents are not ready at the time of the agent’s visit, an additional charge will apply for a revisit.


    • Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.

  • Can I travel to Canada if I have an invitation?
    Yes, you can travel to Canada on an invitation from friends, family, or business associates. However, a business trip is only possible if you have been invited by a business organization.


    Can I visit Canada on an invitation from a relative?
    Yes, an invitation from friends, family, or business associates is acceptable. However, a business visa requires an invitation from a business entity in Canada.


    How much bank balance is required for a Canada visa?
    You must provide your last 6 months' bank statements, with a minimum balance of 2,000 CAD (approximately ₹1,23,000).


    Is biometrics mandatory for a Canada visa from India?
    Yes, all applicants must submit biometrics (fingerprints, palm prints, live photos, etc.) in person.


    What should I do if my Canada visa gets rejected?
    If your visa is rejected, we recommend reapplying with an updated application. Identify the reason for rejection and ensure all application guidelines are properly followed.


    Do I need to submit flight and hotel reservations for a Canada visa application?
    No, flight and hotel bookings are not mandatory before applying for a Canada visa.
