Passport
Must be an original passport issued within the last 10 years.

Three recent color passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm) taken within the last three months.

Accommodation Proof
Applicants must provide one of the following:
A confirmed hotel voucher.
If staying with friends or relatives, an invitation letter along with the invitee’s ID proof, passport or residence card copy, and their financial documents (colored scanned copies via email are acceptable).
Flight Ticket
A confirmed flight reservation for travel from India to Brazil and return.
Cover Letter
If employed: A covering letter on A4-size paper.
If self-employed: A covering letter on official business letterhead.
Itinerary
A detailed day-wise itinerary outlining travel plans, printed on A4-size paper.
If booked through a travel agent, the itinerary should be on their official letterhead.
Financial Documents
Bank Statement: Last 3 years' bank statement.
Income Tax Returns (ITR): Last 3 years' ITR documents.
Salary Slip: Last 3 months' salary slips (if employed).
Additional Documents
A clear copy of the applicant’s digital signature.
A clear copy of the Aadhar card.
